Sales Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our team in a remote, commission-only capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned closer who thrives on performance and is passionate about transforming lives through wellness solutions. You will be provided with warm, qualified leads—your mission is to connect, consult, and close. Responsibilities

  • Close premium health and wellness programs, services, or offers

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and enrollment sessions with warm leads

  • Clearly communicate value, transformation, and ROI to prospective clients

  • Navigate objections with empathy and confidence

  • Maintain organized records in the CRM and track performance metrics

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

  • Collaborate with fulfillment and marketing teams to ensure aligned client handoffs

Compensation

  • 100% commission-only structure

  • Warm, inbound leads provided—no cold calling or prospecting required

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($3K+)

  • Background in the health, medicine, and pharmaceuticals industries preferred

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to build instant rapport and trust with mission-aligned clients

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and virtual sales environments

  • Availability to work weekdays across U.S. time zones as needed
